Welcome to glowness.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Glowness UK Ltd ("Glowness", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from the Site you (“you”, "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Contract – the sales agreement formed when we email a Dispatch Confirmation.
- Products – skincare goods listed for sale on the Site.
- Working Day – Monday–Friday excluding UK public holidays.
2. USE OF THE SITE
2.1 You must be 16 years or older; if you are under 18 you confirm you have parental consent to purchase.
2.2 You agree not to misuse the Site or copy its content, which is protected by intellectual‑property laws.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1 We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions, ingredients and prices are accurate. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only; colour may vary slightly due to individual screen settings.
3.2 All Products are for personal use only. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to be for resale or exceeds normal household quantities.
4. ORDER PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION
4.1 Orders are placed via the online checkout. You will have an opportunity to review and correct your basket before payment.
4.2 After submitting an order you will receive an Order Confirmation e‑mail acknowledging receipt.
4.3 A binding Contract forms only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
5.1 Prices are in GBP and inclusive of UK VAT.
5.2 If we discover a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you; you may reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
5.3 If you pay with a card not denominated in GBP, your bank may apply foreign‑exchange or other fees. Glowness is not responsible for these charges.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 Standard UK delivery is free; estimated dates shown at checkout are guides, not guarantees.
6.2 Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
6.3 Split shipments: if part of your order is unavailable we may deliver in separate parcels at no extra cost and will email a Dispatch Confirmation for each.
6.4 Delivery is fulfilled by Amazon FBA and may require a signature.
6.5 International orders: available destinations, shipping options and any import duties are shown at checkout.
7. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
7.1 You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our Returns Policy for details.
7.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site is © Glowness UK Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any part without written consent.
9. USER CONTENT
By submitting reviews, photos or comments you grant Glowness a perpetual, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, publish and adapt such content in any media. You waive any moral rights and warrant that the content is lawful and non‑infringing.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any Product is limited to the price paid for that Product.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
