Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to feel good in your skin - and about your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not delighted, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price, VAT included.
Return Eligibility & Condition
We accept gently tried items because patch-testing is essential in skincare. Please send the product back with no more than roughly 20 percent of the formula used and with all inner components and the original outer packaging intact. Gift cards, free samples and promotional items are not returnable. Items that arrive empty, heavily used or missing packaging may receive only a partial refund or be declined so we can keep prices fair for everyone.
How to Start a Return
To begin, email support@glowness.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with a prepaid, fully tracked label - Royal Mail for UK orders or an appropriate carrier for other regions. Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop it off within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive an automatic confirmation as soon as our returns hub scans your parcel.
Refunds & Timing
We will credit your original payment method within 7 calendar days after the returns hub scan. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit. If you paid in a currency other than GBP, any exchange-rate changes or card-issuer fees are outside our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email support@glowness.co.uk within seven days of delivery, attaching clear photos of the outer box, the affected item and the packing slip or label. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
Exchanges
Because our active ingredients are freshness-sensitive, we do not hold separate exchange inventory. If you would like a different product, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Returns Handling & Tracking
All Glowness orders are fulfilled - and received back by a specialist third-party logistics partner in the UK. Their fully tracked service allows for a seamless return process and underpins our 30-day refund promise described above.
You will never need to pay for your own postage label; simply request one as outlined in the return steps.
